This agreement defines the terms applicable to the transfer service made between 724 Fethiye Transfer (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the passenger (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

3. Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

  • 50% fee deduction for cancellations between 24-12 hours
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours
  • Full refund for cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure

7. Luggage and Belongings

Standard baggage limit is 1 large suitcase + 1 hand bag per person. Extra luggage must be reported during reservation. Customer is responsible for valuable items, money, jewelry and electronic devices. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of these items.

8. Delay and Waiting

In airport transfers, the driver waits free of charge in case of flight delays. For other transfers, waiting is free up to 15 minutes. After that, per-minute fee applies.

9. Force Majeure

The company cannot be held responsible in cases where service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, weather conditions. In such cases, refund is made or an alternative date is determined.

10. Protection of Personal Data

Customer information is protected under Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data and is not shared with third parties. Information is used only for service delivery.

11. Dispute Resolution

Fethiye Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes that may arise from this agreement.
